    The current owners, Daniel and Gavin, have built up the business over the last 15 years and have enjoyed a rewarding and profitable lifestyle, running and developing this successful business.     The well maintained one bedroom apartment is situated to the rear of the property and has a very cosy lounge, which leads through to an office, the double bedroom and the bathroom shower room with storage. FIRST FLOOR On this floor there are four double bedrooms, three of which have en suite facility and eight single rooms of which two of these have en suites. The rooms without en suite facility are service by two shower rooms and toilets. The single rooms do prove to be very popular with the Ö.. From the theatres. SECOND FLOOR On this floor there are a further three double rooms, two having en-suite facility, two twin rooms, both having en suites and six single rooms with en suites to four of them.     We are informed by the owners that the hotel has a turnover in the region of £80,000 per annum. The Bistro has a turnover in the region of £45,000 per annum.
